1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using Tradecility you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree you may not use the app.
2. Description of service
Tradecility is an AI powered trade journaling app for educational and self improvement purposes only. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.
3. Not financial advice
Everything generated by the AI including feedback, grades, pattern analysis, and strategy suggestions is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Tradecility is not liable for any financial losses.
4. Free trial
You receive a 7 day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial you are given the option to purchase at a one time flat fee. You are under no obligation to purchase.
5. One time purchase and payment
Tradecility operates on a one time purchase model with no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely. All payments are final. The purchase price may change for new customers without affecting existing customers.
6. Refund policy
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@tradecility.com. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Access is revoked immediately upon refund.
7. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share your account or create multiple accounts. You must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. User data and privacy
Your trade data and personal information are stored securely and used solely to provide the app services. Data is not sold to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy policy.
9. AI generated content
AI feedback is based solely on information you provide. Accuracy depends on the quality of information provided. No guarantee that AI feedback is accurate or complete. AI content should be treated as one educational tool among many.
10. Intellectual property
All app content including design, AI systems, branding, and features are the intellectual property of Tradecility and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Your personal trade data remains your own property.
11. Prohibited uses
The app may not be used for unlawful purposes, reverse engineering, commercial resale without permission, or unauthorized access to any part of the app.
12. Limitation of liability
Tradecility is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or trading activity. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the app.
13. Disclaimers
The app is provided as is without warranties. No guarantee of availability or error free operation. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
14. Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated at any time. The last updated date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are resolved in appropriate US courts.
